Frequently Asked Questions

  • Warranty: Each product will be insured until the moment it gets delivered to the third-party shipping provider. Once you receive your upper receiver group in the correct condition, we will cover faulty or premature parts breakage. If a part breaks early in the uppers lifespan it will be replaced free of charge. It will be your responsibility to ship the product back for maintenance. Once the part has been replaced, the upper will be test fired with five rounds of SAAMI specification ammunition and head spacing will be evaluated. We will then ship the fixed upper receiver back to you. Broken parts from normal wear and tear can be replaced for the cost of parts and labor. All branded parts will be covered if they are faulty or do not work as intended. If you shoot the barrel out and it becomes inaccurate or starts to keyhole, I will replace the first barrel for free. Go out, train and shoot the barrel out!
